Refund policy

Sorry, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all products are "SOLD AS IS." We do not issue refunds or exchanges. Please understand that we are a small business. 

Damages:

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will exchange (no refunds) any product that is damaged and is unusable, upon receipt. It must be returned within 5 days of order received. Please email us in order for the exchange to be processed; otherwise, the exchange is void.

If damaged/unusable product is out of stock, a refund will be given to original form of payment.
